  1. M.A/M.Sc./M.Com with B.Ed. Degree
  2. At Least 15 years of service as PGT or Vice Principal or both in any Provincialized Higher Secondary School.
  3. 17 Years Teaching experience as Graduate Teacher in any Higher Secondary School
  4. Age must not be less than 40 years
  5. Candidate must possess commandary, personality, administrative ability and leadership etc.
